About me

My name is Josh aka Smitty. I have lived in Alaska for about 13 years and I am originally from the only one syllable state – Maine! Alaska is a special place and something I think everyone should see. I have been fortunate to have amazing friends and be treated like family by so many. Its not the place that keeps me here any more but the people.

Now I see almost all of my friends married and having families time is a precious commodity that everyone seems to be short of. It has made me realize that with no wife or kids I have an opportunity in front of me and that time for that opportunity is now!

I have been very fortunate in life to always have something I have been passionate about. My passion for different things has changed over the years as I have changed as a person. Life without a true passion is just idling along and that is not for me. The past few years I have found traveling by motorcycle to be one of my greatest passions and borderline addictions.

LOVE the pics too ❤ ❤ ❤ … I'm going to ask some friends if they might know folks along your path. I'll post here – CHEERS!! ~~ Karr ~~

    1. Aaron sorry for the delayed reply. FB, Text or email is best to reach me. Add me on FB if you want Joshua AK Smith
Brazil is huge can take a lifetime just here. I love both Ecuador and Brazil. Itacare is a cool surf town and Chapada Dimantina is amazing. Easier if you get rolling and when you are close to places I can steer you in the right direction.
